Return Policy & Eligibility
At Empty food and strange will LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this window expires, returns will no longer be accepted unless required by applicable law or the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all original parts and accessories.
Be approved by our customer support team before being returned.
Items That Cannot Be Returned: We cannot accept returns for items sent without prior authorization, products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, products missing their original packaging, or requests made after the 30-day period.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email us at contact@strangewill.com before sending your item back. Please include:
Your order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for your return.
Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, cover all costs, and offer a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind: You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. For all approved returns, we provide a downloadable prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
Refunds & Exchanges: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty. Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day period, subject to availability. If a refund is late, please check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out.
